There are so many things to see at Death Valley National Park. You can easily spend a week exploring the whole park and constantly be amazed with all the desert views. Beware coming here in the summer because the temperature will burn you to a crisp! The best time to go is fall, winter, and early spring. Some places requires a jeep while others are passable by an everyday vehicle. The three not to miss places with paved roads are Badwater Basin, Zabriskie Point, and Artist’s Point. Once you see all three, stop at these scenic places: Father Crowley Vista Point, Mesquite Sand Dunes, Devil’s Corn Field, Scotty’s Castle, Harmony Borax Works, and Dante’s View. If you have a 4×4/jeep, Titus Canyon, Charcoal Kilns, Mosaic Canyon, Natural Bridge, and The Racetrack are open for exploration. For lodging, you can either camp in the park or find lodging in Nevada cities like Beatty and Pahrump.
