The name of this park intrigued me so I decided to go for a visit. There are no dragon statues but it is a neat Vietnamese Buddhist worship place on top of a hill. It has free parking and free shuttle service on Sundays because of limited parking. If you walk from the farthest parking lot it is about a mile away. If you choose to forgo the shuttle, you must channel some dragon energy to begin the ascent to the main area. There are a lot of steps/stairs but it is definitely worth it for the views. Once you’re at the midpoint there are restrooms and an area with Buddhist statues and signs to read. This place offers multiple places to sit and pray. To extend your hike, there are more stairs leading to a smaller yellow hut and even further there is a trail to the highest peak of the park.
